Under a proposed plan to save the horse racing industry in New Jersey, to be released next week, major changes are on the agenda. The racing schedule at Monmouth Park would be reduced to a 50 day meet, with the horses racing on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays with the inclusion of three Monday holidays.
